The hosts were excellent and very helpful.

Amazing views over town from modern rooms, superfriendly employees. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a refrigerator, a dining area, and a seating area.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was modern. The staff members were very pleasant. The budget room was modern and the bathroom was large. And there was a lovely view over town. The free parking was on site, perfect service.

Family stay with comfort

The supermarket was right across the street , made things so easy when we needed snacks for the kids. The staff, it was a fun touch.

It was a bit pricey for what you get but still reasonable.

I have stayed in the superior apartment with an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and central heating. It offers impeccable services🙂

Almost perfect.

i didn't feel like leaving, spent very nice time and can't recommend highly enough. everything was very good, the parking was on site, the room was generous-sized. location: the hotel was just off greymouth, a big supermarket and centre. particularly nice breakfast, enjoyed the place where it was. the staff were all incredibly welcoming, superfriendly.

charming stay with a few quirks

The atmosphere of the historic building was captivating and I appreciated the cozy wrap-around balcony. The staff were cute. The cozy kitchen area was a great addition, allowing me to prepare my own meals. The mountain view from the balcony added a touch of magic to my stay, enriching the overall experience.

I enjoyed the lovely view from my spacious balcony and found the room very comfortable. It provided easy access to the main street and nearby amenities. Cleanliness was really good across the hotel.

A bit noisy from early morning traffic.

I had a wonderful stay with a massive, well-equipped apartment and enjoyed a relaxing glass of wine on the lovely patio. The cleanliness was superb, just what I needed after a long drive!

Spent lovely evenings on the outdoor patio with a forest-fresh breeze and a glass of wine. Plus, got to indulge in the local delight just down the road at Dawsons, yum! The location couldn't be beaten, and the friendly staff were just the icing on the cake.

The double bed was a bit of a flop, resulted in a guest swap to the single for a comfy snooze.

The rooms are attractive, and there is a lot of space in the bar, with a great location, safe parking, and convenient access to a supermarket, restaurants.
